Immatures: larva and nymphs multideficient; larva with 7 pairs of setae, f 1, c 3, da, dm, dp and h 3 absent; nymphs with 10 pairs of setae, setae f 1, c 3, da, dm, dp and p 3 absent; in larva seta h 1 most terminal hysterosomal seta; in nymphs seta h 1 on terminal extension of hysterosoma; gastronotal setae baculiform, subequal in shape; hysterosoma tuberculate, strongly plicate when newly emerged, becoming weakly plicate; prodorsum smooth, porose; pulvillus on tarsi II, III and IV; paraproctal atrichosy in larva, proto- and deutonymph.
