Description
The carapace is shorter than the abdomen and longer than the pereon; the abdomen is slightly longer than the carapace and pereon together. Carapace with anterior transverse ridges and several mid-posterior ridges; with two teeth on the mid-dorsal line. With short branchial siphons. Antennal notch as a subacute incision. The frontal lobe is about 1 / 4 of the carapace length. With ocular pigment. Pereonite 2 narrowing to other pereonites. Pereonite 4 overriding pereonite 5. Pereopod 2 with ischium. Pleonites rounded. Pleonite 6 is shorter than the peduncle of the uropod. With five pairs of pereopods. Uropodal peduncle longer than rami. Uropodal endopod uni-articulated (Fig. 2 View Figure 2 A).
