Hypoaspis (Laelaspisella) foramenis Karg, 1989a: 108 .
Laelaspisella foramenis .— Farrier & Hennessey, 1993: 82.
We have not had the opportunity to examine the type specimens of H. (L.) foramenis , and the correct generic placement of this species still requires further study. It differs from the original concept of Laelaspisella , as described by Marais & Loots (1969), because the metasternal setae are present.
