Lecithocera apostatis Meyrick, 1932: 205 View in CoL ; Clark, 1965: 108. TL: Japan.

Deltoplastis apostatis ( Meyrick, 1932) View in CoL : Gozmány, 1978: 227; Zhu & Li, 2012: 128.

Material examined. China: Gansu Province: 2♂, Yangba Forestry Farm, Kangxian, 800 m, 8.VI.1995, coll. Aisihaer; Tianjin: 2♂, Heishuihe, Mt. Baxian, 600 m, 4.VII.2010, coll. Yinghui Mou & Shurong Liu; 1♀, Heishuihe, Mt. Baxian, 550 m, 2.VII.2009, coll. Bingbing Hu.

Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 c) with wingspan 12.0–13.0 mm. This species is superficially similar to D. lobigera Gozmány, 1978 . It differs from the latter by the juxta with a subtriangular process on the caudal margin and the curved caudal lobes as long as the juxta in the male genitalia ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 b); by cup-shaped antrum, the ductus bursae with posterior half about 1/3 width of the corpus bursae, and the diamond-shaped signum in the female genitalia ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 a). In D. lobigera , the juxta has a semicircular leaf-shaped process at middle, and the straight caudal lobes are about 1/3 length of the juxta ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 e); and the antrum is nearly rectangular, the posterior half of the ductus bursae is almost the same width as the corpus bursae, and the signum is rounded ( Fig. 8 View FIGURE 8 a).

Distribution. China (Gansu, Tianjin), Japan.
