Janák det. 2017” (JJRC).   Description.Body length 10.3 (HT)–10.7 (PT) mm, forebody length 4.3 (HT)–4.5 (PT) mm ( Fig. 27). Body black, mouthparts, legs and apical part of abdominal segments 7 and 8 reddish brown, tarsi and antennal segments 8–11 reddish yellow.   FIGURES 20–26.  Anchocerus differens  sp. nov., holotype. 20, habitus; 21, head and pronotum; 22, male tergites 9, 10; 23, aedeagus ventral; 24, aedeagus lateral; 25, paramere ventral; 26, paramere lateral.   FIGURES 27–36.  Anchocerus rougemonti  sp. nov.; 27–34, holotype; 35–36, paratype. 27, habitus; 28, head and pronotum; 29, male sternite 9; 30, male tergites 9, 10; 31, aedeagus ventral; 32, aedeagus lateral; 33, 35, apical part of paramere ventral; 34, apical part of paramere lateral; 36, paramere lateral. Head ( Fig. 28) markedly shorter than wide (R PT = 0.85, HT = 0.87), slightly widened behind eyes. Temples markedly longer than eyes (R HT = 1.15, PT = 1.18). Dorsal macrosetae (one side only): one near antennal base; one medially between eyes; one postero-medially, closer to neck constriction than to posterior margin of eye; one medially near neck constriction; two laterally on temple, of which one near posterior margin of eye, one near neck constriction. Surface with sparse and fine nonsetiferous punctation. Antennae slender, fifth segment about one and half as long as wide (R PT = 1.62, HT = 1.64), tenth segment markedly transverse (R PT = 0.74, HT = 0,76). Pronotum ( Fig. 28) shorter than wide (R HT, PT = 0.89), longer (R HT =1.22, PT 1.25) and wider (R HT = 1.19, PT = 1.20) than head, with punctation slightly finer than that on head. Dorsal macrosetae (one side only): one medial and two lateral. Elytra with dense and coarse punctation, shorter than wide (R PT = 0.88, HT = 0.92), longer (R HT =1.10, PT = 1.11) and wider (R HT =1.07, PT = 1.12) than pronotum. Wings well developed. Scutellum with punctation finer and setae shorter than those on elytra. Abdomen with coarse and moderately dense punctation, all tergites with dense transverse microsculpture. Legs densely covered with brown setae, all tibiae with lateral spines. Male. Sternite 9 ( Fig. 29) long, moderately narrowed apically, with numerous long setae at apicolateral portion; tergite 10 ( Fig. 30) narrowed apically, with several long setae situated at apical and lateral margins. Aedeagus 1.36 (PT)–1.43 (HT) mm long ( Figs. 31–36); median lobe wide, markedly narrowed apically; paramere long and relatively narrow, distinctly shorter than median lobe, with large elongate triangular orifice; with a few fine light tubercles visible in lateral view in holotype. Female. Unknown.   Differential diagnosis.  Anchocerus rougemonti sp. nov.differs from other  Anchocerusspecies by long and narrow teeth on mandibles. The new species can be inserted in a key ( Solodovnikov 2008) near  A. aparamerusand differs from this species by more coarse punctures on head and pronotum and a different shape of the paramere.   Etymology. This species is dedicated to Guillaume de Rougemont, collector of the holotype.   Distribution. The species is distributed in the Danum valley, Sabah, Borneo.  Bionomics. The species was collected by a flight intercept trap in the rainforest. 1638346364 [151,1150,1805,1830] Indonesia 5.0211115 Danum Valley 21 117.746666 Borneo 5 584 1 Sabah holotype 1638346368 2007-02-14 2007-02-16 2007-02-14 Valley, B.
