Females of  S longispinosushave the epigynum with lateral margins straight and parallel, and posterior margin straight or slightly curved inwards (concavity up; Figs 23E, 36A).  Description:Male (from Hidalgo, TSM 703). Total length 2.89. Prosoma 1.11 long, 0.91 wide. Prosoma height 0.96, fovea height 0.60. Opisthosoma 1.78 long, 0.83 wide, 0.59 high. Clypeus height 0.20. AME 0.06, ALE 0.06, PME 0.06, PLE 0.06. Femur I 2.79 (2.51× prosoma length), Metatarsus I 3.95, TmI 0.13. Prosoma dark yellow, uniform. Opisthosoma beige without markings.
