(  Otaloraet al. 2013) is a cosmopolitan species that is widely variable in terms of habit, color and isidia ( Schultz et al. 2004). This particular specimen (Fig. 17) has somewhat ascending lobes and lacks apothecia. The species was previously reported as Collema tenaxfrom the San Rafael Swell by Rajvanshi et al.
