Diagnosis: Body form oval, sides of body more or less lobulate anteriorly and on abdomen, surface with coarse granules and with minute to short but distinct adpressed hairs; genae extending beyond clypeeus; antenniferous tubercles moderately to strongly produced, not reaching level of apex of clypeus; eyes relatively small; antennae slightly longer than width across eyes; sides of pronotum with prominent tooth-like granules in one or two rows; scutellum distincly shorter than pronotum on median line; second tergal segment distinctly separated from third by prominent sutures, the remaing tergites separated by glabrous carinae and the third tergite divided by a very fine granular and low line at middle.
