FEMALE (Specimens measured – South Africa: 8).
Dorsum – Dorsal shield, 370408 long and 246261 wide. Anterior half oval and posterior half, rectangular. Setae j1 3235, j3 3546, j4 89, j5 89, j6 13, J2 1314, J5 89, z2 1314, z4 1314, z5 6, Z1 1113, Z4 1314, Z5 5262, s4 3046, S2 1316, S4 1316, S5 1316, r3 1316, R1 1113. Dorsal setae smooth except Z5, which are serrated.
Peritreme – Extending anterior to setae j1.
Venter – All ventral shields are smooth. Distances between ST1ST3 57, ST2ST2 67, ST5ST5 79. Two pairs of metapodal shields present. Ventrianal shield 104113 long, 60 69 wide at level of ZV2 and 7982 at level of anus.
Chelicera – Movable digit 2528 long, with 1 tooth and fixed digit 2228 long with 3 teeth.
Spermatheca – Calyx 13 long with atrium situated in a Ushaped bend of one side of calyx.
Legs –Macrosetae sharptipped: SgeII 2527, SgeIII 2831, SgeIV 3846, StiIV 3239, StIV 5259; chaetotaxy of genu II 22/0, 2/01, genu III 12/1,2/01. MALE (Specimens measured – South Africa: 3).
Dorsum – Dorsal shield 270293 long. Setae j1 2833, j3 2833, j4 911, j5 911, j6 9 11, J2 1013, J5 6, z2 1416, z4 13, z5 911, Z1 911, Z4 13, Z5 4446, s4 2833, S2 13, S4 13, S5 13, r3 13, R1 91.
Peritreme – Extending to level of setae j3.
Venter – Ventrianal shield 108 long, 154169 wide at anterior corners.
Chelicera – Shaft of spermatodactyl 3133 long, mushroom or saddlelike distally.
Legs – Macrosetae sharptipped: SgeII 2022, SgeIII 22, SgeIV 32, StiIV 2829, StIV 4447.
