Previously reported from the Western and Northern Cape provinces ( Komarek 2004; Bilton 2014a). Site 5.

Known from Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga and Western Cape provinces. Sites 2, 9, 12 & 13.
Anacaena namaqua Bilton & Komarek, 2016 View in CoL
Known only from the Bokkeveld and the nearby Gifberg-Matsikammaberg massif, but widespread and abundant in a variety of waterbody types. Sites 1, 2, 5–8, 11 & 14.
Crenitis zimmermanni Knisch, 1924
Previously reported from the Western and Northern Cape provinces ( Bilton 2014a), this appears to be the most abundant Crenitis during spring in these regions. Sites 1, 2, 5–8 & 14.

A South African endemic, recorded from the Hantamsberg by Bilton (2014a). Site 12.
