= Biscutella laevigata L. subsp. laevigata

Syntypi: “ Biscutella alpicola Jord. , Biscutella laevigata , d Lautaret 53, 32 d 54 mj 4 mai 1855, ex Herb. Alexis Jordanˮ (handwriting) ( LY0004304 !) ; “ Biscutella laevigata L., alpicola Jord., Lautaret 26 août 1844 ˮ (handwriting) with annotation “ écrit. Jordanˮ ( LY0004305 !) .

Note: seedling notebooks mention original locality as “Lautaret 53ˮ. A. Jordan says about the sowing n° 32 made in 1854 (LY0004304): “first species B. laevigata from Lautaret 53 18d.52 32d.54, it is the type, the one which is low with little developed panicules…ˮ. Lautaret 53 was also sown “the first days of september 59ˮ under the number 947.
