Neotype (designated here):— FRANCE. “ Biscutella divionensis Jord., Dijon , rochers de la vallée de Gevrey, Fleurotˮ (handwriting) s.d., det. A. Jordan ( LY0006170 !).

Note: although this plant was heavily collected since its discovery, which nearly caused its extinction, this specimen is the only one identified by A. Jordan that could be found among all the collections we studied.
