Specimen examined:— KACHIN. Putao District: fide Nyan Tun (2014: 46).
Distribution:—?Northern Myanmar and Thailand.
Note:— This record requires further study; the plant pictured could be Bulbophyllum collettii King & Pantl. , which has distinct acuminate petals nearly as long as the sepals.

List : no. 1990/2 (syntype: K) ; MYANMAR. Rakhine State: without collector s.n. (syntype: CAL) ; MALAYSIA. Penang: 1852, Ker s.n. (syntype: K)
Homotypic synonyms: Phyllorkis crassipes (Hook.f.) Kuntze, Revis. Gen . Pl. 2: 677, 1891.
Specimens examined:— SAGAING. Kale District : fide Aung et al. (2020: 64) . RAKHINE. Unspecified : type . MON. Thaton District: type; Mawlamyine District: Parish s.n. (=?49) ( K); same loc., 1912, Meebold 17424 ( K). Also reported from Kayin State by Kress et al. (2003: 65), but we have not seen any material from this area.
Distribution:— The eastern Himalayas, northeastern India, Myanmar, Thailand, southwestern China and Peninsular Malaysia.
