( Figs 260-263)

DIAGNOSIS. Female (overall length about 0.9mm): scape mostly dark brown; pedicel and flagellum brown all coxae white, legs otherwise mostly brown; gaster dorsally mostly dark brown, Gt1 medially and venter pale orange; frontovertex about half head width; antenna ( Fig. 261) with scape about 3.5X as long as broad, funicle with F1 narrower than pedicel, F1 and F3 subequal, small, F2 larger, F4-F6 largest, longer than broad; linear sensilla present on F2 and F4- F6; clava about as long as F3-F6 combined and about 3.3X as long as broad; palp formula 3-2; scutellum ( Fig. 260) with 3 pairs of setae and longitudinally elongate polygonally reticulate to striate-reticulate sculpture, deeper than imbricate sculpture on mesoscutum; mid basitarsus with 4-6 ventral pegs; mid tibial spur about as long as basitarsus; fore wing with stigmal vein ( Fig. 262) slightly longer than postmarginal vein but very slightly shorter than marginal vein; hypopygium reaching about 0.7X towards apex of gaster; ovipositor nearly 3.5X as long as gonostylus and slightly exserted with exserted part clearly shorter than mid tibial spur. Male: unknown.

Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 0.88mm; excluding ovipositor, 0.85mm ( CPD) .

Head dark brown to black with a moderate metallic lustre; occiput with a weak coppery sheen; frontovertex generally coppery, mixed metallic dark green level with, and in front of, anterior ocellus; scrobal area, temple and gena with a coppery to coppery purple sheen; frontovertex with a few, inconspicuous, scattered, brown setae; gena and interantennal prominence with a few scattered, very inconspicuous, brown setae; maxillary palpus white; radicle dark brown; scape dark brown, slightly paler towards apex; pedicel and flagellum brown; thorax dark brown to black with a metallic lustre; pronotum with a weak coppery sheen; mesoscutum brighter metallic dark green mixed coppery especially anteriorly and near margins; tegula dark purple-brown with a weak sheen; axilla with a coppery purple sheen; scutellum dorsally with a weak coppery sheen, apex and side weakly metallic dark green and slightly brassy; mesopleuron with a moderate purple sheen; fore coxa white; fore femur, tibia and tarsus brown; mid coxa white; mid femur and tibia mainly brown, proximal 0.4X of femur and knee white, spur very pale orange, tarsus slightly dusky, pale orange; hind coxa white; hind femur and tibia mainly brown, proximal 0.4X of femur and knee white, tarsus brown; wings hyaline, fore wing very weakly infuscate immediately below marginal vein ( Fig. 262); propodeum dark brown with a weak purple sheen; gaster mainly dorsally brown with Gt1 medially mixed pale orange, venter pale orange; gonostylus brown.

Head about 2.1X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.6X as high as deep, tangent to frontovertex forming an angle of about 105° with that of face; occipital margin sharp, weakly carinate; no distinct oval depression adjacent to eye near occipital margin; ocelli forming an angle of about 95°; frontovertex not widening in front of anterior ocellus, with distinct, polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size generally subequal to eye facet, clearly larger immediately in front of anterior ocellus, not shallower above top of scrobes; temple and gena with slightly shallower, hardly elongate, fine polygonally reticulate sculpture; top of scrobes with distinct, regular, polygonally reticulate sculpture, scrobes smooth; interantennal prominence and mouth margin with slightly shallower, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobes shallow, indistinctly margined, broadly ∩-shaped; interantennal prominence dorsally rounded; antenna as in Fig. 261; scape very slightly broadened and flattened, about 3.4X as long as broad; funicle with F1 and F3, subequal, relatively small, subquadrate, F2 larger, slightly longer then broad, F4-F6 largest, subequal, clearly longer than broad, linear sensilla present on F2 and F4-F6; clava slightly collapsed, but about 3.3X as long as broad and about 1.5X as wide as F6, not curved downwards, about as long as F3-F6 combined, sutures parallel, sensory area small, at apex only giving it a pointed or narrowly rounded appearance; eye slightly overreaching occipital margin, clothed with dense, conspicuous setae, each slightly longer than diameter of facet; malar sulcus present, distinct; clypeal margin conspicuously concave, but slightly produced medially; mandible with one tooth and a broad, concave truncation, more or less appearing tridentate; palp formula 3-2. Relative measurements: HW 55, HH 42, FV 26, POL 11, OOL 4, OCL 2.5, AOL 7, EL 28, EW 22.5, MS 17, SL 24, SW 7.

Thorax ( Fig. 260) with pronotum hardly exposed behind head, its posterior margin broadly concave, not angular medially; pronotum with similar sculpture to that in ocellar area; sculpture on mesoscutum similar, but very slightly shallower; axilla with similar sculpture to mesoscutum; scutellum dorsally with very fine, polygonally reticulate sculpture that is a much deeper than sculpture on mesoscutum, slightly longitudinally elongate laterally, extreme side and apex completely smooth and shiny; visible part of mesoscutum about 1.8X as broad as long; scutellum about 1.2X as broad as long, apex with a pair of slender, elongate setae; hind femur about 4.3X as long as broad; fore wing with venation and setation as in Figs 262, 263; propodeum ( Fig. 260) medially about 0.08X as long as scutellum. Relative measurements: FWL 86.5, FWW 40.5; HWL 55, HWW 13.5.

Gaster with hypopygium reaching about 0.7X to apex; last tergite about 0.7X as long as mid tibia, with apex broadly rounded; ovipositor slightly exserted, the exserted part about 0.3X as long as mid tibial spur or about 0.1X mid tibia. Relative measurements: OL 56, GL 17 [MT 55].
