Afrique méridionale ( Mus. de Paris , leg. Delalande & Mus. Halle). One Ƌ and an unspecified number of ♀ .

The MHNG collection has three specimens from the Cape and Transvaal under this name, but the species name label in the insect box reads “ delalandi Sss. vel

affinissimus” which strongly suggests that these are not syntypes. There is a ♀ syntype in the MNHN (Desutter, pers. comm.). Box A 15 .
