Remarks: The specimens from the Yigeziya Formation are herein assigned with some reservation to Cuneolina parva described by Henson (1947: Cuneolina pavonia parva ) from the Santonian of Egypt. The greatest observed test width is ~ 2.20 mm with a height (incomplete) of ~ 1.85 mm ( Fig. 7r View Fig ); the thickness is ~ 0.50 mm. The genus Cuneolina d’Orbigny, 1839 and its representatives need taxonomic revision.
