(not located), fide Grant (1895: 94). Reported from Shan State by Kress et al. (2003: 73), but we have not seen material from this area.

Distribution:— The central Himalayas, northeastern India, Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and southwestern and southern China.

Distribution:— Northeastern India, Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and southwestern China.

Note:— Possibly W-R 20980 is the type of D. boxallii .
