Range: —Andes from Venezuela to Bolivia (CO, LP).
Ecology: —Uncommon; saxicolous and epiphytic in humid forests; 2300–3400 m.
Notes: —In general, this appears to be a smaller species than E. paleaceum , but there is considerable overlap in size.
