Diagnosis
Eyes pilose ( Figs 14 View Fig G–H, 16H), males holoptic ( Fig. 16G View Fig ); face white pilose; basoflagellomere orange ( Figs 14H View Fig , 16H View Fig ); scutum and scutellum shiny metallic, weakly pollinose, covered with whitish pile ( Figs 4D View Fig , 5D View Fig , 7D View Fig , 8D View Fig ); subscutellar pile fringe long and dense and with apices strongly bent medially; pleura above metacoxa pilose; legs predominantly black; metafemur enlarged; protarsus with strong setae along posterior margin, especially basitarsomere with several setae along entire posterior margin; wing extensively bare of microtrichia, also on apical half; abdomen brownish-orange ( Figs 4D View Fig , 5D View Fig ).
