Guyalna flavipronotum ( Sanborn, 2007a) n. comb.

Fidicinoides flavipronotum Sanborn 2007a: 22 .

Type locality. Quíbor , Jimenez, Lara, Venezuela.

Remarks. Re-examination of the species shows it possesses three-part tarsi and the rounded timbal cover apex characteristic of Guyalna ( Fig. 12 ). As a result the species is herby reassigned to Guyalna to become Guyalna flavipronotum ( Sanborn 2007) n. comb. Body length 26.42–31.92 mm, fore wing length 39.10–42.42 mm ( Sanborn 2007a).

Distribution. The species has been reported previously only from Venezuela ( Sanborn 2007a).
