Putao District : 3355 m, 9 Jul 1926, Kingdon-Ward 7220 ( K) ; same loc., 3960 m, 7 Jul 1931, Kingdon-Ward 9758 ( BM) ; Myitkyina District : 2440−3050 m, 9 Jul 1914, Kingdon-Ward 1769 ( E) ; same loc., 3200 m, 20 Jul 1919, Farrer 1117 ( E) . Also reported from Chin State and Tanintharyi Region by Kress et al. (2003: 83), but we have not seen material from these areas.
Distribution:— Pakistan, the Himalayas, northeastern India, Myanmar and southwestern China.
