Jerivho, ♂, 2.vi.22 ; Wadi Kelt, ♂, 2.iv.23, ♂ ♂ ♀ ♀, 16.v.23 ; Ain es Sultan , Jericho , ♂, 8.vi.23 .
Coll. Ris: 5 ♂ ♂, “ Dead Sea ,” 7.9.10. vi.18 (Schwabel) . This fine species, the existence of which in the Jordan Valley Dr. Ris had intimated to me before receipt of Dr. Buxton’s series, is according to Ris (,“ Odonata of South Africa ”) known from the whole African Continent south of the desert belt, from the Canary Islands and the Islands of Comoro. Father Navas has recorded (“ Neuropteros de Espana y Portugal,” Broteria, 1908, p. 33, sep.) the capture of this species in Spain, but I do not know whether its status there has been ascertained t o be that of a resident or a wanderer.
