Interfrontal bristles in three pairs in addition to small interfrontal setulae. Ocellar bristle slightly longer than posterior orbital bristle, similar to outer vertical bristles. Postvertical bristles slightly convergent. Eye height ca. 2.2–2.5 times genal height. Aristal hairs ca. 2.5 times as long as basal width of arista. Preapical palpal bristle distinctly longer than submedial palpal bristle, similar in length to maximum width of palpus. Prosternum with two pairs of small setulae. Acrostichal setulae in 6–8 irregular rows between anterior dorsocentral bristles. First costal sector distinctly thinner than second costal sector. Length of second costal sector ca. 0.56X length of third. R twice as long as first sector of R 4+5. Fore tibiae yellow to reddish yellow. Mid tibia of male with an apicoventral bristle and several short ventral bristles on distal third; mid femur of male with a row of 6 ventral proximal bristles.

Female terminalia: Sternite 7 longer than sternite 6, rounded posteromedially; sternite 8 completely reduced to 2 small sclerites, each articulating with a sclerite of tergite 8.
