Description. Crown milky with a relatively small black round patch, extended from base to apex, coronal suture developed, exceeding 1/2 length of crown. Eyes gray. Face slightly flat in profile. Other features as in generic description ( Figs 1i, j, k, l View FIGURE 1 ).

Male 2S abdominal apodemes extending to posterior part of sternite III ( Fig. 5b View FIGURE 5 ). Anal tube without appendage ( Fig. 5a View FIGURE 5 ).

Pygofer dorsal appendage bifurcated medially, lower branch much shorter than upper branch; ventral appendage absent ( Figs 5a, c View FIGURE 5 ). Pygofer side with several rigid setae of different sizes scattered on distal part and group of medium sized setae gathering at cephalo-ventral angle ( Fig. 5a View FIGURE 5 ). Pygofer ventral appendage with apex exceeding posterior margin of pygofer lobe ( Fig. 5a View FIGURE 5 ). Subgenital plate expanded subbasally and contracted medially, with 4 macrosetae medially, row of microsetae along outer margin from subbase to apex, subbasal microsetae larger and forming a group ( Fig. 5a View FIGURE 5 ). Style apex foot-like with short acute heel and quite short toe ( Figs 5e, f View FIGURE 5 ). Aedeagus with dorsal apodeme rudimentary, preatrium developed, aedeagal shaft inverted S-shaped and extremely compressed, without process, gonopore subapical on ventral surface ( Figs 5g, h View FIGURE 5 ).

Measurement. Male 3.13–3.15mm, female 3.18–3.20mm.

Material examined. Holotype: ♁, CHINA, Hunan Prov., Chenzhou, 2020.VII, coll. Deliang Xu ; Paratypes: 2♀, same data as holotype .

Remarks. This new species is similar to S. fujiwara , but has the aedeagal dorsal apodeme rudimentary, the aedeagal shaft inverted S-shaped and the connective with central lobe developed.

Etymology. This specific epithet combines the Latin “lamella” and “penis”, referring to the extremely compressed aedeagal shaft.
