Tabanus hashemii Ježek, 1981 View in CoL

This species resembles Tabanus sufis ( Ježek 2017) . However, hashemii can be distinguished by frons that completely covered with long white hairs, morphology of palpi, R₄ appendix, and intra- radial crossvein r₄-r₅ ( Ježek 1981). Tabanus hashemii was only recorded from the United Arab Emirates ( Ježek et al. 2017).
