Diagnosis

Recognised by body oval, around 2 mm, pale greenish; head and pronotum almost greenish; labium reaching hind-coxae; scutellum yellowish green; hind-femur with small dark spots; tibial spines with dark bases ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (a–c)); third tarsal segment distinctly longer than second segment ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (d)); left paramere with prominent and long process, heading downside ( Figure 2 View Figure 2 (a,b)); right paramere lanceolate, lateral margins moderately rounded, with small hypophysis ( Figure 2 View Figure 2 (c)); phallotheca with long and sharp apex, its ventral margin slightly concave ( Figure 2 View Figure 2 (d)); endosoma S-shaped without membrane, twisted subapically, apical part blunt, endosomal spicule curved and thin, secondary gonopore invisible ( Figure 2 View Figure 2 (e,f)).

Description

MALE: Body oval, length 1.91–1.95. Colouration: mostly greenish with greyish membrane ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (a–c)). Head: entirely green with posterior yellowish part on vertex; antennae mostly greenish brown; being brownish gradually towards apical part of second segment; clypeus paler; labium almost brown, apical part of fourth segment darker. Thorax: pronotum entirely greenish brown; scutellum yellowish brown, or paler than pronotum; hemelytra entirely greenish, sometimes tinged with deeper greenish colouration in embolial margin; membrane greyish, vein greyish brown ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (a,b)); legs mostly greenish; all femora pale, hind-femur with tiny sparse dark markings; tibiae almost pale, except for greenish base and apex, base of tibial spine dark; tarsi greenish brown. Abdomen: entirely greenish brown ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (c)). Surface and vestiture: body with indistinctly punctate, covered with long dark setae and sparse silvery pubescence; head covered with dark long setae and dense silvery hairs; first antennal segment with two dark spines; other segments with short suberect setae; pronotum covered with long dark setae, anterior part with sparse short silvery pubescence; scutellum with only silvery short pubescence; hemelytra with long dark setae, usually on outer margin of corium; cuneus with dark setae; all apical part of femora with dark spines; all tibiae with long and dark spines originated on dark spot. Structure: Head: somewhat prognathous, width more than scutellum width; vertex width equal to 2 times of first antennal segment length; compound eye reaching suture delimiting mandibular and maxillary plates; first antennal segment thicker than others; second segment cylindrical, shorter than combined length of third and fourth segments; apex of labium exceeding hindcoxae ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (c)). Thorax: pronotum trapezoid, posterior margin of pronotum gradually angled, longitudinal length less than 1/2 basal pronotal width; scutellum equilateral, flat, height as high as pronotum height; lateral margin of hemelytra slightly rounded; cuneal fracture well developed; membrane with two cells; legs generally slender; first tarsal segment shortest, third segment equal to combined length of first and second tarsal segments ( Figure 1 View Figure 1 (d)). Abdomen: rounded, reaching to apex of cuneus. Genitalia: left paramere paddle-like shaped, with two sharp processes, one process long, heading downside ( Figure 2 View Figure 2 (a,b)); right paramere lanceolate with small hypophysis, with long setae ( Figure 2 View Figure 2 (c)); phallotheca bending with sharp and long apex, ventral margin slightly concave ( Figure 2 View Figure 2 (d)); endosoma S-shaped without membrane, twisted at apical part, forming blunt apex, spicule curved and thin, secondary gonopore invisible ( Figure 2 View Figure 2 (e,f)).

FEMALE: Body oval, length 2.12–2.17. COLOURATION: as in male, except for somewhat paler colouration and paler and semitransparent membrane. SURFACE AND VESTITURE: as in male. STRUCTURE: slightly bigger than male. GENITALIA: not examined.
