Minnesota Hosts: Unspecified in collection records. Larval host recorded as Betula nigra . Adults also on Alnus incana (L.) Moench, Alnus viridis (Chaix) DC. ssp. crispa (Ait.) Turrill , and Ostrya virginiana .

Collection Method: As C. fumipennis prey.
