Material examined. The holotype of A. aeneas from “ Cameroon: Bas-Chari, N’goum, 40 km au sud du Lac Tohad” housed in the AMNH has been examined by the photograph of the dorsal view habitus (at https://emu-prod.amnh. org) .

Distribution (Linnavouri, 1977; Göllner-Scheiding, 2006): Cameroon.
