Type material. NHMUK 20000247 View Materials (paratype), Indonesia, Bali, above Danau Buyen , at c. 1400 m asl, forest on volcanic soil, leg. A.J. Whitten , 1993.

Remarks. A constriction formed by a thin radial palatal fold is internally present at ½ whorl away from the aperture and is visible from the aperture. The sculpture of this species is characterised by converging, wavy ribs, similar to the type species of Acmella (see Das et al., 2021). However, its shell outline and umbilicus are consistent with those of Anaglyphula cancellata , so we retain this arrangement. The converging ribs can also be considered as a tendency to form the rib-mesh present in the type species.
