Description, female. Body length 5.46 mm. Head with golden-green reflection; wings subhyaline; metasoma dark castaneous, lightening posterad. Head wide. Mandible with four distal teeth, narrow, curved, and with lower tooth wider than others. Median clypeal lobe rounded, short. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe carinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia spinose; claws trifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. T9 with slender and with dorsal lap swollen posteriorly; 1vv longer than genitalia body; 2vv as long as half of 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf curved downward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv not curved, ventral process large, and posterior process short; 2rv not curved.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. analis ( Cresson, 1872) by having the mandible not angled, with its lowermost distal tooth longer than the others; the clypeus with its apical margin rounded and with the clypeal carina narrow and arched; the antennal scrobe carina well impressed; the pronotal disc with its transverse pronotal carina complete; and the mesopleuron with a tooth-like process at the posterior margin, whereas A. analis has the mandible narrow, angled, with four distal teeth, the two lower teeth wider than the others; the antennal scrobe carina weakly impressed; and the mesopleuron without a tooth-like process at the posterior margin.
