Anoplophora parelegans Chiang, 1981 . Synonymized by Lingafelter & Hoebeke, 2002: 123.

Type locality: China, Guangxi, Pingxiang City, Xiashi .

Gender: male.

Date collected: 1963. V. 7.

Collector: Ji-Kun YANG (=C. K Yang, in the original description).

Remarks: The holotype is currently deposited in the SWU, but the original description indicates it was deposited in the Beijing Agricultural University (= CAU).
