Material examined: Lectotype (here designated): Seychelles, Aldabra, on “Bois la fumeé”, no date, R. Dupont ( BMNH): 1/6ad ♀♀ (lectotype arrowed, mainly poor; slide labelled Type).

Paralectotype ♀: remaining 5 specimens on lectotype slide ( BMNH) (poor) .

Also: Seychelles, Aldabra, Anse Malabar , on Ochna ciliata , 8.xii.1976, M.E. Hill ( BMNH): 2/2ad ♀♀ (fairgood); as previous but on Sideroxylon inerme (spelt inermis), 22.xii.1976 ( BMNH): 2/2ad ♀♀ (fair); as previous but on Mystroxylon aethiopicum , 5.xii.1976 ( BMNH): 1/3ad ♀♀ (poor, 1 split into 2 bits)
