Diagnosis. Relatively small sized, width of supraclypeal area 1.11–1.18× its height; antenna with 32–33 flagellomeres; epomia absent; mesopleuron with strong transverse wrinkles; juxtacoxal carina complete with perpendicular carinae absent or vestigial; median longitudinal carina of propodeum complete; scape and pedicel anteriorly yellow; mid femur with edges pale-yellow and pale to dark orange mark.

Description. Female ( Fig. 3H View FIGURE 3 ): Fore wing 3.3 to 3.7mm.

Head. Densely punctate and covered with setae; lateral height of head 0.83–1.0× the size of mesopleuron; mandibles short and stout, apex 0.71–1.0× as wide as base, upper tooth broader than the lower tooth; malar space 0.25–0.56× as long as basal width of mandible; inner margin of eyes slightly convergent near clypeus; supraclypeal area rectangular ( Fig. 3A View FIGURE 3 ); width 1.11–1.18× its height lateral ocellus separated from eye by 0.23–0.35× its own diameter; interocellar distance 1.16–1.36× diameter of lateral ocelli; interocellar area with sparse small setae; antenna with 32–33 flagellomeres; width of first flagellomere 4.6–5.8× its height; height of second flagellomere 0.48–0.54× height of first flagellomere; last flagellomere cone shaped and rounded apex; occipital area slightly imbricate.

Mesosoma . Pronotum dorsolaterally imbricate, laterally and ventrolaterally polished with transverse wrinkles; epomia absent; mesoscutum finely punctate; scutellum and post scutellum densely covered with setae; mesopleuron dorsolaterally foveolate with strong transverse wrinkles and covered with sparse setae ( Fig. 3B View FIGURE 3 ); speculum denudate with transverse wrinkles; epicnemial carina present reaching only basal part of mesopleuron; mesopleuron ventrolaterally foveolate without wrinkles and sparse setae; sternaulus absent; posterior transverse carina of mesosternum straight not produced near the coxal area; metapleuron punctate and with its posterior part densely covered with setae; juxtacoxal carina complete with perpendicular carinae vestigial; juxtacoxal area imbricate; pleural carina complete; spiracle elliptical with its width 0.36–0.62× the spiracle height; propodeum hairy and foveolate; strong transverse wrinkles between petiolar area and posterior part of areola; vestigial wrinkles between middle part of areola and basal area ( Fig. 3B View FIGURE 3 ); lateral longitudinal carina of propodeum incomplete not reaching propodeum neck; median longitudinal carina of propodeum complete; propodeum neck 0.6–0.8× the size of hind coxa.

Legs. Fore coxa with a slim lateral carina; height of fore t1 0.69–0.74× height of fore t2–t5, height of mid t1 0.77–0.89× height of mid t2–t5; height of hind t1 0.79–0.88× height of hind t2–t5.

Wings. Hyaline and covered with small setae; fore wing: vein 1cu-a arising after of 1M+Rs; vein 2/Cu 0.81–1× the size of 2cu-a; vein 1/Rs+M curved; bulla of 1/Rs+M placed after its midlength near 2/M; 2/RS 0.69–0.9× as long as 2/M; bulla of 2m-cu placed near 2/M 0.2–0.4× the distance between the bulla and 4/Cu vein; hind wing: vein 1-Rs forming a curve with 1r-m angle; hind wing with 5 hamuli.

Metasoma. Tergites imbricate; first tergite with sparse setae, first sternite glabrous with subpetiolar process inconspicuous; tergite II 0.77–0.87× the length of tergite I; remaining tergites and sternites finely punctate covered with small setae; thyridium tear-shaped ( Fig. 3E View FIGURE 3 ); ovipositor sheath covered with long setae; ovipositor straight ( Fig. 3F View FIGURE 3 ), 1.0– 1.14 mm long; ovipositor notch distant from apex 0.19–0.23× length of ovipositor; ovipositor deep ( Fig. 3G View FIGURE 3 ) notch angle 90º–105º; ovipositor ventral valve with a lobe near apex.

Color. Pubescence silvery. Head: black; palpi pale-yellow; mandibles pale-yellow with brown teeth; ocelli pale brown; antenna dark brown, scape and pedicel bicolored, anteriorly yellow and posteriorly brown. Mesosoma : black; tegula and fore leg pale-yellow, fore femur sometimes pale orange; mid leg with brown and pale-yellow coxa, trochanter and trochantellus pale-yellow, femur with edges pale-yellow and pale to dark orange in mid part, tibia to t4 pale-yellow, t5 pale brown; hind leg mostly dark brown with light brown trochanter, trochantellus dark yellow, anterior part of femur and tibia pale-yellow, tibial spurs pale-yellow. Metasoma: first segment with anterior part dark brown, mid part pale-yellow and postpetiole brown, slightly darker posteriorly ( Fig. 3D View FIGURE 3 ); tergite II dorsally dark brown and ventrally light brown, distinct black mark posteriorly, thyridium pale-yellow; remaining tergites with similar pattern to first; sternites II and III light brown; remaining sternites pale-yellow with dark brown marks; ovipositor sheaths and cerci black, ovipositor orange brown.
