Family Cheiragonidae View in CoL

The male gonopore is coxal, with the gonopore located just above the P5 coxo-sternal condyle. In both Telmessus and Erimacrus , the penis, in the form of a soft papilla, is covered by the markedly expanded lateral base of the G1 endopodite, which is very close to the P5 coxa due to the narrowness of the thoracic sternum.
