Description

Holotype, Ψ, length of body 5.55 mm, of fore wing 3.95 mm.

Head. Antennal segments 16; scapus robust, length of third segment 1.1 times fourth segment, length of third, fourth and penultimate segments 5.6, 5.1, 1.4 times their width, respectively; fourthseventh segments strongly elongate ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 A); apical half of antenna segments somewhat compressed, their length distinctly longer than their width ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 A); length of maxillary palp 0.8 times height of head; head in dorsal view roundly contracted behind eyes; length of eyes 1.3 times length of temple in dorsal view; temple slightly narrowed posteriorly; OOL: OD: POL=20:11:29; vertex behind ocelli and temple transversely striate; frons distinctly concave, reticulaterugose but smooth near the antennal sockets; face coarsely reticulaterugose with longitudinal elements ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 B); clypeus flat and densely punctate, its width 2.5 times its median length, apical margin truncate medially ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 B); length of malar space 2.0 times basal width of mandible.

Mesosoma. Length of mesosoma 1.4 times its height; pronotum irregularly reticulate; mesoscutum coarsely reticulate, more strongly and coarsely rugose posteromedially; scutellum densely punctuate, shiny; scutellar suture comparatively deep with 6 carinae; mesopleuron evenly convex, densely reticulaterugose; propodeum coarsely and densely alveolaterugose, with weak transversal carina connected with two pairs of blunt tubercles, lateral tubercles bigger than medial ones.

Wings. Length of fore wing 2.8 times its width; length of radial cell along metacarp almost as long as that of pterostigma; 2R1 just present; r almost as long as 3SR; vein SR1 complete and straight, and length of SR1 4.2 times length of 3SR; r: 3SR: SR1=11: 10: 42; length of 2CU1 2 times length of 1CU1; CU1b present ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 C).

Legs. Hind coxa shallowly punctate; hind femur robust; length of femur, tibia and basitarsus of hind leg 2.5, 4.4 and 5.0 times their maximum width, respectively; length of hind tibial spurs 0.4 times hind basitarsus.

Metasoma. Length of metasoma 2.0 times its maximum width in dorsal view; metasomal carapace densely alveolaterugose, with two longitudinal carinae basally ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 D) and two ventralapical toothlike protuberances and undulating lamella around ventral opening ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 D, E, F); lamella rather long and wide, and with longitudinal carinae ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 D); ovipositor long, slender and curved.

Colour. Black; palp light yellow; mandible reddish brown except for its base blackish brown; tegulae black; wings infumated, with a transparent belt along medial vein; pterostigma blackish brown; carapace with a large pair of yellow spots basally, fore leg yellowish except femur dark brown; mid leg yellowish, hind leg black except trochanter yellowish; hind tibia with a light yellow belt medially.
