Geographical distribution. Trinidad & Tobago, Colombia (Magdalena, Meta), Ecuador, Peru, Brazil (Amazonas, Mato Grosso, Goiás), Bolivia (Beni, Santa Cruz), Paraguay. Martins & Galileo (2002) and Galileo et al. (2008) registered the species from the Colombian departments of Magdalena and Meta. A new state record from Maranhão ( Brazil) and a new department record from Tolima ( Colombia) are added.
