Eremostata arizonica Roewer 1934

Type locality and specimens. nur ♀—Arizona—(vidi 2 ♀, Typus).

Dimensions. Körperlänge 15 mm. [21.17; 27.62].

Oldest label. Datames carolinianus Krpln, Banks, c . I.1900, Arizona ( Kraepelin handwriting).

Additional label. Mus . Hamburg., Eremostata arizonica n. sp., 1♀ —Typus-Arizona, Roewer rv 1932. — No. 8481 (Roewer handwriting).

Type material. Lectotype ♀ designated here (ZMH-A0000209). Some leg parts missing.

Taxonomic remarks. Roewer mentions examining two females but only one female can be located. Muma (1970: 24) noted that the “female type of Eremostata arizonica from Arizona is found in the ZMH, Roewer No. 8481”.

Current systematic position. Eremobatidae , Eremobates arizonicus ( Roewer 1934) .
