Material examined: 1 female, INDIA, Arunachal Pradesh, Etalin vicinty, 700 m, 28°36.56N, 95°53.21E, 15- 25.5.2012, leg. O. Sausa ( OLMG). GoogleMaps

Diagnosis. This species can be distinguished from all other Oriental species of the genus by the following characters: entirely black body ( Figs 30–34 View FIGURES 30–34 ), lower mandibular tooth longer than upper one ( Fig. 32 View FIGURES 30–34 ), distinctly postfurcal 1 cu-a ( Fig. 33 View FIGURES 30–34 ), T1 with small basolateral flanges, 1.5 × as long as apically broad ( Fig. 30 View FIGURES 30–34 ). This species is similar to the Palaearctic species E. clauseni (Kerrich, 1962) and E. ussuriensis Kasparyan 1990 , but differs by black coxae ( Fig. 34 View FIGURES 30–34 )

Distribution: India (arunachal pradesh*, Himachal Pradesh).
