Voucher and ecology. Microscopic epiphyte on Peyssonnelia capensis (HEC 14762).
Indian Ocean distribution. Aldabra Islands, Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, India, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius ( Børgesen, 1942: 6), Pakistan, Rodrigues (this paper), Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Singapore, Sri Lanka.
