Euchaetes fumidus Edwards, 1884b: 61 . — Type locality: Mexico, [Veracruz], Jalapa. — Type specimen: Lectotype male designated by Watson (1973: 21) (USNM).

TYPE LOCALITY. — Mexico.

TYPE SPECIMENS. — Undisclosed number of male and female syntypes ( BMNH; two female labeled SYNTYPE) .

REMARK

One of the syntype is labeled Lectotype by A.Watson (unpublished).
