Hemaris fuciformis View in CoL subsp. fuciformis (Linnaeus, 1758)

Remarks. Widespread throughout Europe and Russia, from the UK and Spain to the Russian Far East and Sakhalin Island, and south through Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and NW China (Xinjiang) to eastern Afghanistan and northwest India (Pittaway, 2013). Given its presence at Kamu, Bashgultal, Nuristan, Afghanistan ( Ebert, 1969) and the Kangra Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India ( Moore, 1888), it is expected that H. fuciformis subsp. fuciformis should occur in suitable intervening localities in northern Pakistan.
