Supplementary description. Male: length: 5.7–8.0 mm, humeral width: 1.6–2.7 mm. Female: length: 7.4–9.3 mm, humeral width: 2.1–2.9 mm. Antennomere ratio: male, 11 2 14 11 10 10 10 10 9 9 9; female, 10 1.8 12 11 10 10 10 9 9 9 9. Male terminalia ( Figs 3–4 View FIGURES 3 – 5 ): Tegmen about 1.5 mm in length; lateral lobes stout, each about 0.3 mm long and 0.14 mm wide, with finely haired ridge at ventral base, apex with setae nearly as long as lateral lobes; basal piece not bifurcated distally; median lobe plus median struts moderately curved, a little longer than tegmen (17:15); median struts slightly longer than one half of whole median lobe; dorsal plate slightly shorter than ventral plate; apex of ventral plate rounded and somewhat truncated; median foramen triangular elongated, acute at apex; internal sac about twice as long as median lobe plus median struts, with 2 pairs of basal armature, two bands of supporting armature and three rods, distinctly expanded at base of thin rods; rods about 1.2 mm, shorter than tegmen. Tergite VIII broader than long, apex slightly pointed in middle, with dense and moderate long setae at two sides but sparse and short setae at middle. Ventrite IX subequal to ringed part of tegmen in length. Female terminalia ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 3 – 5 ): Spermathecal capsule consisting of an apical lobe and a stalk; stalk parallel with apical lobe, slightly longer than apical lobe. Tignum as long as abdomen.

Remarks. The anterior claws are bifid, with the inner division a little longer than the outer one; the posterior claws are simple. We agreed with Gahan’s (1897) concept of the genus Heteroglenea , which is different from the genus Glenea in claws and genitalia.

Host plant. Streblus asper Loureiro ( MORACEAE ) ( Rondon & Breuning, 1971 [“1970”])

Distribution. China: Guangxi, Yunnan; Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Philippines (new record).
