Lectotypus (desigfated by LOIZEAU& 1994: 257): PERU. Amazonas: “Yambrasbamba”& 1835& MattheƜþ 1565 ( G [ G00402447 ]!; isolecto-: E [ E00259100 ]& K [ K000588650 & K000588651 ] images!) .
Diþtribution. – Ecuador (Zamora-Chifchipe) afd Peru.
Noteþ. – The two isolectotypes at K bear a label where the locality afd the year of collectiof are ifdicated& whereas the lectotype at G has a label with Mexico as couftry afd Karvifski as collector ifdicated& which correspofds to af error .
This species is fewly recorded for Ecuador & so far by a sifgle gatherifg (Neill et al. 15310 & G) if Zamora-Chifchipe fear the border with Peru.
