Etymology. The specific name is a noun in apposition taken from the type locality.

Diagnosis. The new species resembles L. andreevi Deltshev (1985) , but can be distinguished by the straight tibial spur I of male pedipalpus, the tibial spurs II–V concentrated at distal tibia retrolaterally, the presence of a plumose long spine anear the pedipalpal tarsus end prolaterally, and the female spermathecae far aparted, the atrium with short hairs at anterior margin.

Description. Holotype male. Total length 1.98. Prosoma 0.99 long, 0.91 wide. Sternum 0.61 long, 0.58 wide. Opisthosoma 1.05 long, 0.94 wide. Dorsal shield of prosoma yellow, with short setae at anterior margin, two long setae at anterolateral area of PME. Thoracic median groove brown yellow, needle-shaped, with two setae. Cervical groove and radial furrows distinct. Clypeus 0.19 high, slightly sloped anteriorly. Six eyes, subequal in size, white and ovoid. Eye sizes: ALE 0.05, PLE 0.05, PME 0.05; ALE-PME 0.12, PLE-PLE 0.07, PLE-PME 0.04; AER 0.11, PER 0.13. Major axes of PLE convergent behind. PME adjacent, median axes parallel. Chelicerae stubby, yellow, fang furrow with 8 promarginal and 5 retromarginal teeth. Endites yellow, labium pale yellow. Sternum and legs yellow. Leg measurements: I 6.10 (1.69, 0.25, 1.92, 1.47, 0.77); II 4.56 (1.31, 0.25, 1.29, 1.06, 0.65); III 3.85 (1.08, 0.24, 1.00, 0.95, 0.58); IV 5.32 (1.48, 0.25, 1.63, 1.28, 0.68). Leg formula: I-IV-II-III. Femora I–IV with several prolateral long spines respectively. Each tibia bears 3 trichobothria and few spines. A row of hairs at tibia I and II retrolaterally. A finely serrated hairs-comb at the ventral bases of the metatarsi II and III respectively. Opisthosoma pale yellow, ovoid, covered with hairs, surface rugose posteriorly.

Pedipalpal femur without large spine, a dorsal spine at patella distally, tibia with 3 trichobothria dorsally and 5 large spurs retrolaterally (tibial spur I strong, bifurcated at tip; the rest concentrated at distal end of tibia), tarsus no contracted at middle, with a small earlobe-shaped process attaching slender hairs, a long spine at tarsus ventrally, 3 large spines and one plumose spine anear tarsal end; bulb ovoid, surface smooth, two piece of rugose membranes at apex of bulb, median apophysis absent.

Female. Similar to male in coloration and general features, but body size larger and legs shorter. Total length 2.13. Prosoma 0.91 long, 0.79wide. Sternum 0.64 long, 0.61 wide.
