Distribution. India: Karnataka ( Mathur 1975), Tamil Nadu ( Mathur 1975).
Host plant unknown. Mathur (1975) recorded the types (1 ♂, 1 ♀) from Santalum album (Santalaceae) on which they were probably vagrant ( Hollis & Broomfield 1989). Santalum is an unlikely host as all known hosts of Homotomidae are Moraceae (Burckhardt et al. 2017) .
