Etymology. The specific name is an adjective derived from the type locality.

Diagnosis. Cheiramiona musosaensis sp. nov. is unique by the position of the copulatory openings within a transverse epigynal depression and by the thin copulatory ducts ( Figs 68–69 View FIGURES 61 – 72. 61 – 63 ).

Description. Female (n = 1): TL = 6.6; CL = 3.1; CW = 2.2; OAL = 0.5; OAW = 1.4; CLL = 0.1. Chelicerae: robust with long fangs; PMT:RMT = 3:3 ( Fig. 67 View FIGURES 61 – 72. 61 – 63 ). Measurements: AME–AME 0.20; AME–ALE 0.30; AME diameter 0.15; PME–PME 0.30; PME–PLE 0.30; PME diameter 0.15; MOQAW 0.50; MOQPW 0.60; CI (CL/ CW) 1.41; LL:CL 5.45; STL 1.6; STW 1.2. Leg measurements: I—4.2+1.3+4.4+5.0+2.0 = 16.9; II— 3.2+1.1+2.7+2.9+1.1 = 11.0; III—2.2+0.9+1.8+2.5+0.9 = 8.3; IV—3.1+1.1+2.6+3.5+1.1 = 11.4; Palp— 1.4+0.5+1.0+1.3 = 4.2. Abdomen: creamy-yellow with faint heart mark. Epigynum ( Figs 68–69 View FIGURES 61 – 72. 61 – 63 ): wider than long, with transverse central depression; copulatory openings slightly separated, in middle of depression; two shallow hooded pockets along anterior margin of central depression; internally, relatively thin copulatory ducts proceed anteriorly before ending in anterior-median corner of SPER; fertilization tubes enter SPER posterior-medially. Male: unknown.
