Peromyia abdita Jaschhof View in CoL

This species was previously known from only two specimens collected in northern Finland (Jaschhof & Jaschof 2009: 143f.). A series of three males reported here from northern Sweden corroborates the distribution of P. abdita in the boreal zone of Fennoscandia.

Material examined. Sweden: 3 males, Lule Lappmark, Jokkmokk, Luottåive NR (northern part), swampy mixed boreal forest, 30 July–30 August 2016, MT, MCJ (spn. CEC 2722 in NHRS, spns CEC2723 – CEC 2724 in SDEI) .
