Distribution. India: Bihar ( Mathur 1975), Karnataka ( Mathur 1975), Kerala ( Mathur 1975; Hayat et al. 2012), Maharashtra ( Buckton 1896b), Sikkim ( Mathur 1975), Tamil Nadu ( Kieffer 1906, as Phacosema gallicola ; Mani 1948, as Pauropsylla tuberculata ; Kandasamy 1986; Raman 1987), West Bengal ( Mathur 1975), Uttarakhand ( Mani 1948, as Pauropsylla tuberculata ; Mathur 1975; Hayat et al. 2012); Nepal ( Hodkinson 1986); Pakistan ( Hodkinson 1986).

Host plants. Garuga pinnata (Burseraceae) . Laing (1930) listed also Schleichera trijuga (Sapindaceae) which may be erroneous.
