Diagnosis. Large to very large Pseudostigmatidae . Wings long and narrow, stalked before nodus; pseudostigma present. RP2 vein branching from RP1 vein at less than half the distance from subnodus to tip of wing. One cell row between CuA and anal margin. Quadrangle free. Tarsal claw with a conspicuous supplementary tooth. Penis with inner fold; segment 3 forming a long whip-like flagellum. Male cercus in lateral view linear and curved medially. Male and female paraprocts vestigial; ovipositor not surpassing the distal margin of S10. Length of HW 47–70 mm, abdomen 70 – 140 mm.
