Type material. CAMBODIA: Holotype ♀, Kohkong (11°41'44.9''N, 103°06'51.8''E), Cardamom Mountains, Kohkong Province, 350 m, 10.II.2014, coll. Bae Y.S. et al., slide No. INU-NK15107. GoogleMaps

Diagnosis. This new species is similar to P. roesleri Lvovsky, 2000 and P. hamatella Kim, 2017 in the forewing having three transverse fasciae. It can be distinguished from its allies by the antemedian fascia arched inward from fold to dorsum and the postmedian fascia arched inward to dorsum before the end of fold. In the latter two species, the antemedian fascia is straightly oblique outward and the postmedian fascia is straightly oblique inward.

Description. Adult ( Fig. 8 View FIGURES 1–8 ) wingspan 7.0 mm. Head with vertex white, occiput grayish rusty red. Labial palpus with second segment dim yellow, third segment white on basal 1/3, black on distal 2/3 except yellowish white before pointed apex. Antenna with scape white, flagellum white and black. Thorax and tegula grayish rusty red. Forewing yellow, scattered with yellowish brown scales, with dense blackish brown scales from before apex of costal margin along termen to tornus, forming a thin line; with three white fasciae edged with dense yellowish brown scales: basal fascia from above base of fold straightly outward to dorsum, uniform; antemedian fascia oblique outward to fold, then arched inward to dorsum; postmedian fascia triangular and wide anteriorly, narrowed and arched inward posteriorly to dorsum before end of fold; apical patch small, white; cilia grayish yellow tinged with brown. Hindwing and cilia gray. Fore- and midlegs with ventral side yellowish white, dorsal side black, tibiae white at apex, tarsi white at apices of first and second tarsomeres; hindleg with ventral side whitish yellow, dorsal side brown eacept tarsus whitish yellow at apex of each tarsomere.

Female genitalia ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 15–19 ): Apophyses posteriores approximately 2.5 times as long as apophyses anteriores. Sternum straight and with fine setae on posterior margin; tergum concave at middle on posterior margin. Ductus bursae membranous, with coiled narrow sclerite running from about basal 1/4 to 2/5. Corpus bursae sub-ovate, finely spinous; signum being a sclerotized cruciform plate, entirely spinulate, placed posteriorly, with a straight middle ridge longitudinally, with heavily sclerotized denticle at each side transversely.
